Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to ensure accurate loan booking, funding, maintenance, and lien perfection for Commercial and Ag portfolios. The role emphasizes precise documentation review, system maintenance, and timely payoff processing to support long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or business and/or 1–2 years in a financial institution setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Good accounting and math skills with precise numerical work.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Organize documents for imaging system storage.
• Review and process daily loan booking requests and make necessary corrections.
• Onboard loans to Navigator system including commercial, CRE, agricultural, and municipal loans.
• Disburse loans and process monetary transactions as documented.
• Obtain collateral perfection and verify compliance requirements.
• Process daily mail and tickets; provide support to internal teams and customers.
