Responsibilities

• Board loan to core system
• Fund loan as instructed on Closing Disclosure
• Deliver loan to investors
• Maintain file in anticipation of closing
• Communicate with Loan Officers, title companies, insurance companies as necessary
• Order Payoffs
• Prepare Closing Disclosure and ensure provided to client in required timeframe
• Prepare closing documents and print closing packages for loan officer/title companies
• Support Loan Officer during closing as needed
• Process unoriginated files (denials, withdrawals, etc.)
• Provide support to Loan Officers
• Complete Quality Control audits as requested from investors
