Farmers National Bank in Danville, KY is seeking a Centralized Processor to handle processing of consumer, commercial, and real estate documents, disclosures, and closing paperwork. The role supports lenders and loan assistants, ensures compliance, and maintains regulatory standards within bank policy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, MS Office proficiency, and some lending operations experience, with strong communication skills and familiarity with Office 365.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience in lending operations preferred.
• Office 365 and related equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Consumer or Commercial documents as requested by lenders and loan assistants in a timely manner.
• Prepare residential real estate early disclosures and closing documents upon request from loan assistant/lender.
• Order flood determinations for all real estate loans consistent with bank policy.
• Assist lenders and loan assistants when called upon.
• Prepare denials in compliance with bank policy and regulatory law.
• Work with Loan Operations Manager/Senior Centralized Processor/Quality Review personnel and Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with bank policy and all applicable regulatory, state and federal laws.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Performs Job Duties in accordance with all appropriate laws and regulations to include BSA.
