Job summary

First Bank Richmond is seeking a Loan Processors Associate to support Consumer Loan Officers in the origination process with emphasis on post-application activities. You will assist with applications, closing and ongoing loan file servicing as needed.

Responsibilities include post-closing file management, application processing, and closing preparation while coordinating with title and investor partners to ensure timely disclosures and funding.

• Post Closing File Management: board loan to core system; fund loans; deliver to investors; track title policies.
• Application Processing: receive setup instructions; prepare Loan Estimate; order appraisals, title work, certifications; manage rate locks.
• Closing File Management: maintain file readiness; coordinate with title/insurance; prepare Closing Disclosure and packages.
• Miscellaneous Loan Processing Tasks: handle unoriginated files; ensure appraisals reach customers; assist Loan Officers; run QC audits.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
