Ohio Real Title is a premier title services provider focused on balance, care for employees, and trust. The Post-Closing Coordinator role is on-site and centers on disbursing funds at the end of transactions, ensuring balanced files and accurate filings.

Responsibilities include handling all supporting documentation, updating clients and teams, and maintaining precise records in Qualia and county systems. A high school diploma and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling post-closing filings and disbursements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Request all necessary documentation for a file to disburse.
• Ensure files are correctly balanced and disbursed.
• Communicate updates on filings promptly to relevant parties.
• Resolve post-closing issues with peers and managers.
• Examine documents for errors affecting titles before filing.
• Manage county document filings to support process improvement.
• Diligently manage disclosures, order forms, and received forms.
• Enter required data into Qualia and county systems.
• Manage work email inbox and update client database.
• Scan recorded documents and file them appropriately.
• Correspond via phone and email for clear information exchange.
• Demonstrate knowledge of deeds, mortgages, and related documents.
• Other duties as assigned
