Job summary

Talis Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Coordinator for a reputable Louisville title company. This onsite, full-time role involves coordinating closings, generating and preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs), and ensuring all documentation is accurate and ready for closing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in title/real estate closings or mortgage, strong CD generation experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple parties effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent title, real estate closing, or mortgage experience required.
• Hands-on experience generating Closing Disclosures (CDs) is required.
• Strong understanding of the real estate closing process and related documents.
• Experience with title processing, title commitments, or clearing title issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and capable of learning new software systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and enter new orders into Streamline software.
• Generate and prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements with accuracy.
• Coordinate real estate closing schedules and communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
• Process title commitments, policies, endorsements, and related title documentation.
• Assist with clearing title issues and resolving title-related items prior to closing.
• Coordinate with lenders and others to ensure closing requirements are met.
• Assist with post-closing tasks and documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate team members.
• Provide professional, responsive support via phone and email.
• Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure a smooth closing process.
