Ohio Real Title is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing/Filing Coordinator to join our mortgage operations team in Columbus, OH. You will ensure accurate post-closing processing, proper filing and recording of loan documents, and strict regulatory compliance.

You will work with loan officers, underwriters, and servicing teams to finalize loans, verify disclosures, and maintain meticulous records in ENCOMPASS. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of mortgage regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan processing or mortgage servicing.
• Solid understanding of FNMA, FHA/VA guidelines and TRID requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards to post-closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finalization of mortgage loans by verifying documentation aligns with origination and compliance.
• Ensure accurate filing of loan documents per FNMA/FHA/VA guidelines.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters and servicing teams for seamless post-closing procedures.
• Review TRID disclosures and ensure proper execution before closing.
• Manage recording of deeds, mortgages and related documents with appropriate agencies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of closed loans in Encompass or similar LO systems.
• Monitor adherence to banking regulations related to mortgage lending.
• Communicate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits with detailed documentation and reports.
