CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Post Closing CEMA/COOP Specialist to support day-to-day post closing operations. You will handle communications, upload documentation to the LOS system, and work with attorneys for CEMA and CO-OP loans.

The role requires at least 2 years of mortgage closing/post closing experience, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Notary Public is a plus; Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage closing and/or post closing activities.
• Current Notary Public is a plus.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Monitor a suspended closed loan pipeline and ship CEMA/CO-OP loan files.
• Perform due diligence review of CEMA and CO-OP documentation for accuracy.
• Input data for issuance of CEMA/CO-OP documents.
• Identify and obtain missing items to complete collateral packages and document in LOS.
• Assemble collateral packages and ship to investors; coordinate with remote staff as needed.
• Be the primary contact for settlement agents to send documents for signing.
• Document loan files for receipt and shipment of collateral packages; image documents into LOS.
• Communicate with clients and third parties about post-closing items.
• Act as liaison between Post Closing and other internal partners.
• Process collateral released from custodian for refinance transactions.
• Assist Closing Department with recording documents; prepare and notarize as needed.
• Meet daily production goals and adhere to SLA timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of files and information.
