Taylor Morrison Inc. in Florida is seeking a diligent Post Closer - Collateral Specialist I to log incoming closed loan packages, generate allonges, and prepare collateral shipments to the warehouse bank.

You will liaise with title companies to obtain missing documents and ensure timely processing. The role demands accuracy, ability to handle high volume during peak month ends, and flexibility for overtime.

• Ensure closed loan packages are scanned and uploaded to investor system and Loan Operating System.
• Update Loan Operating System to show date shipped.
• Handle high volume during peak times and work overtime when needed.

SummaryThe Post Closer - Collateral Specialist I will be responsible for the logging in of all closing packages, generating allonges, preparing the collateral packages to include shipping them to the appropriate warehouse bank, establish effective relationships and communicate with any and all title companies for outstanding documents and/or corrections.The primary goals of this position are to ensure the timely receipt and logging in of the daily incoming closed loan files, validating accuracy of key documents, and preparing collateral packages for shipment the day of receipt. The Collateral Specialist must be able to handle high volume during peak times of the month and be available for overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.Job DetailsWe trust that as a Post Closer - Collateral Specialist I you will: (responsibilities)Audit of incoming closed loan packages for Collateral shipment to the applicable warehouse bank utilizing our Collateral ChecklistIdentify any incorrect, incomplete or missing documentation and take appropriate steps to rectifyEffectively communicate with title, builder, buyers and co-workers in a positive and professional manner to obtain missing and/or corrective documentation in a timely mannerConfirm all closed loan packages are legibly scanned and successfully uploaded to both the investor’s system and to our Loan Operating SystemUpdate Loan Operating System to show date shippedAuditors must be able to handle high volume during peak times of the month and be available for overtime when necessary to meet shipping deadlines.
