Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in research administration.
• Experience with grants and contracts in an academic/healthcare setting.
• Experience budgeting, reconciliation, time & effort entry, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with financial systems; intermediate to advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for post‑award grants and contracts.
• Supervise the Pediatrics Grants & Contracts team and manage workload.
• Oversee reconciliation and financial stewardship of sponsored awards.
• Monitor post‑award expenditures for allowability and accuracy.
• Prepare financial and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for compliance.
• Collaborate with division leadership on research strategy and budgeting.
• Assist with pre‑award activities as needed.
