The Senior Research Administration Associate will provide grants administration support to the Department of Pediatrics and Texas Children's Hospital. Primary responsibilities will include financial management activities of grants, managing the full award life cycle, from application to award closeout. Responsibilities will include cost assessment, budget development, financial set-up, resource allocation, and preparation of quarterly reports for budget accountability. Primary responsibilities will be supporting the division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine and others as assigned. Reports through the Pediatrics Center for Research Advancement and Division leadership for key deliverables.
Employees with CRA certification are eligible for certification pay.
The role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement after completing onboarding and training on site (typically about 6 months). Employees working a hybrid schedule may be asked to attend in person meeting and trainings.
