The Senior Research Administration Associate – Post Award at Baylor College of Medicine will support the Department of Pediatrics and Texas Children's Hospital with the full life cycle of grant management, from application through closeout. • Experience with grant applications and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-award financial management of grants from application to closeout.
• Maintain data for active, pending, and closed grants across the Pediatrics Center for Research Advancement.
• Provide budgeting input and create budget spreadsheets for submissions and reporting.
• Assist with complex multi-center/subdivision award submissions.
• Coordinate with BCM Accounting, Grants & Contracts, and collaborators on sub-awards and agreements.
