Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Grants Administrator I to provide post-award research administration support for assigned departments, assisting Principal Investigators and departmental staff with routine financial, compliance, and administrative tasks.

You will maintain grant records, monitor basic financial activity, help track award progress, and prepare standard deliverables under supervision, developing foundational knowledge and relationships within the Office of Research

Qualifications

• Associate degree in General Studies, Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of assigned grants and ensure sponsor requirements are met.
• Track basic award progress and support PI interactions.
• Enter and reconcile financial data and assist with payroll distribution.
• Facilitate communication between PIs, staff and ORA/SPAO.
• Prepare standard post-award deliverables and budget updates.
• Engage in required training and development to build foundation in research administration.
