Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks a Grants Administrator I to provide post-award support for assigned departments. You will assist Principal Investigators and staff with financial and administrative tasks, maintain grant records, and help with budget updates under supervision.

You will build foundational knowledge in grant administration, participating in training and mentorship while developing relationships with faculty and the Office of Research Administration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in general studies, business, finance, or healthcare administration is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of assigned grants.
• Support compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements.
• Monitor routine financial activity and help PI track basic award progress.
