Within the Division of Finance and Strategic Operations, you will collaborate with project directors, oversee drawdowns, adjustments, audits, and provide training on grant compliance and time‑and‑effort reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or related) or an Associate’s with two years of related professional experience.
• At least two years of accounting experience, with grant accounting exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely invoices and review by Senior Director of Accounting.
• Complete monthly GEV forms for review and drawdowns.
• Reallocate personnel and verify grant expenditures meet grant periods.
• Prepare monthly status reports on active grants.
• Lead official grant closeout processes.
• Monitor grant expenditures for allowability under 2 CFR 200.
• Review grant‑funded time/effort, requisitions, and travel requests.
• Liaise with external grant auditors during monitoring visits.
• Identify non‑compliance and advise directors for remediation.
• Review monthly budget‑to‑actual reports with project directors.
• Provide guidance on future spending projections.
• Assist in pre‑award budget development and training on compliance.
