Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of general ledger experience.
• One year of grant billing or fund accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Grant financial management and compliance for grants.
• Prepare financial reports for grantors and agencies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting for grants.
• Ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and related regulations.
• Track and report on restricted and unrestricted funds.
• Prepare invoices and reimbursement requests.
• Support internal controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with program leadership and finance teams.
