Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Post-Acute Services Director in the United States (Clovis, NM). The role leads patient referrals, manages hospital relationships, and oversees transitions to ensure smooth admissions and favorable outcomes.

You will leverage CRM systems, quantify referral quality, and drive annual growth with targeted admissions increases. A clinical background with licensure and strong regional networking is preferred to advance program strategies.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure preferred, but not required, except where mandated in the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Five to seven years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient referral process from review through admission, with proper CRM documentation.
• Establish strong relationships with hospital referral sources and decision-makers to generate new contacts monthly.
• Communicate the nursing center’s clinical strengths to align with hospital needs and drive referrals.
• Drive a conversion rate of 60% or higher for appropriate referrals, with improvements over 90–120 days.
• Develop a market strategy plan for centers using data analytics to meet admissions and sales goals.
