Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure preferred, but not required, depending on state.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Five to seven years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient referral process from review through to acceptance, ensuring smooth admissions and proper documentation in the CRM.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with hospital referral sources and decision-makers, generating new contacts monthly.
• Communicate clinical strengths of nursing centers to align with hospital needs and drive referral flow.
• Achieve a conversion rate of 60% or higher for clinically and financially appropriate referrals and monitor trends over 90–120 days.
• Develop and execute a market strategy plan with data analytics to meet or exceed admissions and sales targets.
