Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to grow referral networks and occupancy within the PACS network. You will develop relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and referral partners, conduct visits, review referrals, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; five years in marketing/public relations in healthcare may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write reports and communicate with managers.
• Mathematical skills to handle fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions; strong reasoning ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners.
• Conduct hospital and bedside visits, follow-ups, and activities to increase referral conversions.
• Review referrals and coordinate with clinical and admissions teams.
• Identify and develop new referral and community partnership opportunities.
• Represent the facility at vendor fairs and community events.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assist with tours, admissions, and facility needs when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to meet occupancy goals.
• Take ownership of projects and proactively seek improvements in visibility and partnerships.
• Be a positive, enthusiastic ambassador for Whitehall Borough Post Acute.
