Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Liaison to drive referral partnerships, hospital visits, and occupancy growth. The role focuses on developing relationships with case managers, social workers, and physicians, while coordinating with admissions to optimize census.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and referral partners.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
• Conduct hospital and bedside visits to increase referrals.
• Review referrals and coordinate with clinical/admissions teams.
• Identify new referral and community partnership opportunities.
• Represent the facility at vendor fairs and community events.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media and promotional materials.
• Assist with tours, admissions, and other facility needs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to achieve occupancy goals.
• Take ownership of projects and contribute new ideas to improve visibility.
• Serve as a positive representative of Whitehall Borough Post Acute.
