Job summary

Braven is hiring an Associate Director, Program Operations – Post Accelerator to lead design, documentation, and execution of scalable operational systems for Fellows after graduation. You will own Post-Accelerator workflows, aligning Product, Systems, and Regional teams to deliver high-quality programming at scale.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in program, project, or operations management.
• Experience designing scalable operational systems.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with cross-functional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of national programs.
• Design onboarding for Fellows to Braven’s Career Communities.
• Manage in-person and virtual events and related operations.
• Improve tracking and visualization of program metrics across regions.
• Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure timely delivery.
