Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery, and inventory control of POS materials to support all divisions and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least one year in a warehouse, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; you will work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, check-in, and ensure product and paperwork accuracy.
• Locate product and assign warehouse location.
• Modify and maintain purchase orders in the system.
• Manage physical inventory and POS materials.
• Purging of outdated materials and inbound shipment tracking.
• Partner with leadership/buyers to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and file POS materials, invoices, and dealer items for delivery or pickup.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
