Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery, and inventory control of POS materials. The role requires coordinating multiple functions to support all divisions and suppliers.

Responsibilities include receiving, verifying items, locating warehouse locations, updating purchase orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates should have 1+ year warehouse experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, check-in, and ensure that product and paperwork is accurate
• Locate product or received items warehouse location
• Modify and maintain purchase orders in relevant system
• Responsible for physical inventory and POS materials
• Purging of outdated/perishable materials and/or inbound shipment tracking and updates
• Partner with warehouse leadership and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies
• Preparation and filing of POS materials, invoices, and/or dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales rep pick-ups and check-ins
• Other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor
