Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Point of Sale (POS) Coordinator to support receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control of POS materials across all sales divisions. You will help prepare materials for delivery, manage stock counts, and assist with dealer loader programs and store resets.

The role involves coordinating with sales and suppliers, setting up events, and maintaining a clean POS area in the warehouse. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Experience in logistics, inventory replenishment, merchandising, or warehouse industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer programs including presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify and allocate POS materials (including dealer loaders).
• Assist with preparation and delivery of POS materials and dealer loader items to accounts or sales reps.
• Maintain POS inventory, perform physical counts, and purge outdated materials.
• Receive, check-in, locate POS material, and aid distribution of POS merchandise; keep POS area organized.
• Assist in dealer loader programs and POS allocations with sales management and suppliers.
• Support new store sets and existing store resets; assist with events and meetings.
• Maintain a clean warehouse POS area and build displays in accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
