Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage POS materials delivery, invoicing, and inventory, supporting the Sales & Merchandising teams. The role involves coordinating rack placements on outbound trucks and handling vendor invoices with meticulous attention to discrepancies.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, generating weekly inventory reports, and maintaining POS workstations, with additional duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed.
• Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose ‘packing slip’ alerting them to impending delivery
• Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices
• Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report
• Maintain POS workstation
• Other duties as assigned
