Bluu, Inc. in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a POS Support Technician to provide phone-based technical support for merchants, agents, and resellers. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems and related hardware in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and occasional off-site work with travel. Pay range is $20–$29 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support to merchants, resellers, and agents.
• Document all support requests, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare, configure, and stage POS hardware and software for deployment.
• Maintain POS department equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Perform hardware repairs and replacements both in-house and at customer locations as needed.
• Test, evaluate, troubleshoot, and document software and hardware issues.
• Install and configure POS software, hardware, cabling, networking equipment, and related systems.
• Monitor system performance and diagnose operational issues.
• Provide training and technical guidance to associates, merchants, and resellers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
