Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a POS Service Desk Support Agent to provide attentive, customer-focused help for our POS systems. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across terminals, tablets, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities include guiding clients via phone, email, and chat; performing installations and maintenance; documenting steps taken; and collaborating with IT to improve system reliability and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience with POS hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POS support contact via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Document interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Provide client training on POS usage and functionality.
