Job summary

Express Wash Concepts seeks a POS Support Agent to deliver frontline technical support for POS systems and related hardware across our locations. You will resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, log detailed tickets, and escalate when necessary while supporting hardware like terminals, printers, and kiosks.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication with non-technical staff, and adherence to PCI-DSS policies, with shifts spanning 7:00 AM–8:00 PM Mon–Sat and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Sun in Etna,

Qualifications

1–3 years IT support or POS system experience in multi-location environments.
Ability to troubleshoot POS hardware and software across terminals, printers, tablets.
Experience using a ticketing system and documenting steps clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 POS support for multiple Express Wash Concepts locations.
Log and track issues in the helpdesk ticketing system with detailed documentation.
Escalate complex issues to the POS Lead and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
Assist with POS hardware maintenance and system updates.
Maintain PCI-DSS compliance awareness and follow security policies.
