Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a POS Support Agent to provide frontline technical support for Point-of-Sale systems across all company locations. You will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing, diagnose issues, and guide site staff through resolution steps.

Responsibilities include documenting tickets, assisting with software/config changes and hardware swaps, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve more complex problems.

Qualifications

Associate degree in information technology or related field preferred.
1–3 years IT support or POS system experience.
Experience troubleshooting POS terminals and payment devices.
Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems and SLAs.
PCI-DSS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline Tier 1 and Tier 2 POS support for locations.
Troubleshoot POS terminals, kiosks, payment devices, printers, scanners.
Guide site staff through troubleshooting steps.
Assist with system updates and hardware swaps.
Document tickets and resolutions in ticketing systems.
Collaborate with POS team and escalate as needed.
Maintain knowledge base and participate in training.
