Job summary
Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a POS Support Agent to deliver frontline technical support for Point-of-Sale systems across our 130+ locations. You will resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, document steps, and ensure fast, accurate service during 7:00 AM–8:00 PM hours.
As part of the IT team, you will troubleshoot POS terminals, payment devices, printers, and peripherals, follow runbooks, and escalate complex problems to Tier 3 when needed, while keeping locations informed and satisfied.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
- Experience troubleshooting POS terminals and related hardware.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and SLA adherence.
- Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 POS support across locations.
- Troubleshoot POS terminals, kiosks, and peripherals.
- Log tickets and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 when needed.
- Maintain knowledge base and runbooks.
