Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a dedicated POS Service Desk Support Agent in Thomaston, GA. You will serve as the main contact for clients, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth POS operations across terminals, tablets, and peripherals.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, network troubleshooting, and client training. You will document steps and outcomes, monitor system performance, and contribute to reports and technical docs.

Qualifications
