Job summary

Wix in Miami, FL is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the POS team. You will support account executives by prospecting SMBs not yet using Wix and setting qualified meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

You will manage outbound lead flows, educate prospects, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to refine target accounts and messaging. Strong communication and a hunter mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings for the outbound POS sales team with SMBs not yet using Wix.
• Manage outbound lead flows; prospect, educate and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with account executives, product development and marketing to develop and qualify target accounts.
• Engage with prospects by phone, email, and social to follow a top-of-funnel process.
• Keep Wix POS product knowledge current and be a trusted resource.
• Meet defined metrics for calls, emails and meetings.
• Stay updated on retail trends, payment tech and competitors.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed referral and sales targets.
