Job summary

Wix is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the POS team in NYC. You will support account executives, educate prospects, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Strong communication, organization, and a hunter mindset are essential as you build top-of-funnel activity.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to refine targets, while staying current on POS trends and payment technologies. This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hunter's mentality with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings for the outbound POS sales team with SMBs not currently using Wix.
• Manage outbound lead flows for the Wix POS team; prospect, educate and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with account executives, product, and marketing to identify target accounts.
• Engage with prospects by phone, email, and social to top-of-funnel opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date Wix POS product knowledge and industry trends.
• Meet defined metrics for calls, emails, and meetings.
• Stay on top of retail trends, payment tech, and competitors.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
