Job summary

Wix is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their POS team in a hybrid, in-office role in Miami. You will support Account Executives, prospect new SMB opportunities, and manage outbound lead flows across channels to create sales-ready opportunities.

You will stay current with Wix POS product knowledge, collaborate with product and marketing, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets while growing professionally within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a corporate setting required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with proven revenue attainment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings for outbound POS sales team with SMBs not using Wix.
• Manage outbound lead flows; prospect, educate and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with account executives, product, and marketing to develop target accounts.
• Engage prospects by phone, email, and social media with a repeatable top-of-funnel process.
• Maintain up-to-date Wix POS product knowledge and industry changes.
• Meet defined metrics for calls, emails, and meetings.
