Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant and/or technical support experience.
• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure, including low-voltage cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi optimization.
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems, multi-terminal deployments, and technology installations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects independently and mentor junior team members.
• Experience conducting client-facing walkthroughs and training staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, POS hardware/software, menus, modifiers, and reporting workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%, including local and out-of-state travel with overnight stays as needed.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Work authorization in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual site assessments, including complex or escalated restaurant sites.
• Validate wiring, electrical infrastructure, networking, and internet readiness.
• Perform advanced diagnostics such as traceroutes and port checks.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technicians, and Engineering.
• Lead remediation follow-ups and mentor junior team members.
