Job summary

Buckle is hiring for an IT Support role focused on in-store POS systems and network troubleshooting. You will work closely with store teammates and external vendors to ensure POS availability and performance.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, hardware replacement as needed, and participation in software/hardware testing and special projects. Associate degree or equivalent IT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1–3 years of related IT support experience.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, A+, Apple or MCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, answer questions, solve incidents and provide support related to POS software.
• Assist with replacement POS hardware as required.
• Collaborate with store teammates, other departments and third party vendors as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and support communication issues including network basics and in-store wiring, with documentation.
• Assist with software/hardware testing used in the stores.
• Fulfill Buckle's guest service standard while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate degree in IT

IT industry certifications desirable (ITIL, A+, MCP)
