Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and install hardware and software to support business needs.
• Install and configure Windows OS and desktop hardware.
• Assist with software, POS upgrades, and gaming system upgrades.
• Set up peripherals, printers, scanners, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Receive and address service requests while meeting SLA requirements.
• Hardware asset management and maintaining inventory, updating tickets.
