Job summary

Terrible's is seeking an IT Field Technician to deliver onsite IT support across locations in Las Vegas. You will troubleshoot end-user devices, POS, payment systems, and related retail and gaming tech, traveling between sites as needed.

The role involves maintaining network connectivity, supporting Windows and Microsoft 365, and assisting with deployments for new store openings and remodels. A customer-focused, self‑driven technician is essential for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in field services, desktop or technical support.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
• Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networking.
• Experience in multi-site environments; retail, gaming or fuel tech preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and related hardware.
• Travel to multiple company locations to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices and business tech.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and business software.
• Support POS systems, payment terminals, and related retail tech.
• Assist with fuel forecourt technologies and networked devices.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle, inventory, staging, and disposal.
