Qualifications

• Experience working with network devices.
• Basic computer knowledge with MS Windows and Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, location owners/managers and Supervisors.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to travel, including weekends.
• Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
• Must obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for gaming management systems and IT related issues.
• Repair and maintain gaming management systems and equipment.
• Inventory control.
• Install gaming devices and associated equipment and cabling.
• Safely drive to and from assigned route locations following all local, state, and federal laws and company’s driving policies and procedures.
• Build, install, program and configure gaming devices of all types and associated equipment.
• Install necessary cabling for all gaming related equipment i.e. Cat 5/6, Coax, Fiber.
• Accurately and efficiently completes all paperwork related to repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine game functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, federal regulations, as they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
