Friedman’s Home Improvement in Sonoma is seeking a customer-focused team member to operate at the POS and refunds counters. You will process transactions, issue receipts, and help customers with purchases and returns while keeping the checkout area organized and stocked.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to use POS software. This non-exempt position offers full-time or part-time shifts, with a supportive team and discount benefits.

Qualificações

• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers at POS register or refund counter accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash accountability per store policies.
• Print receipts, process payments, and issue refunds or credits.
• Keep POS area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Assist with stocking and other floor duties as needed.
• Follow SOPs for checks, credit cards, and charge accounts.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
