Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS register and refunds with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain cash accountability per policies and procedures.
• Read totals from the register and verify cash on hand.
• Keep POS area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Process refunds or credits for returned merchandise.
• Operate cash register to scan items and display price, tax, and rebates.
• Handle difficult customer situations and solicit feedback to improve service.
• Assist with stocking and other store floor duties as needed.
