Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for its Mid-Market organization in the United States. You will be the solution expert in the sales cycle, translating complex business problems into Atlassian product solutions and helping close enterprise deals.

You will join the Solutions Engineering Core Team, collaborating with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams to deliver compelling value-based demonstrations and to map customer needs to Atlassian offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales experience with mid-market customers.
• Fully fluent in Portuguese and capable of customer calls and demos.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
• Able to bridge business and technical discussions with executives and technical users.
• Collaborative mindset to work with prospects, partners, and the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on mid-market deals.
• Conduct customer discovery to map business problems to Atlassian solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion and solution fit.
• Lead value-based demonstrations for diverse stakeholder needs.
• Understand customer technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian.
• Document product feedback and share with product management.
• Continuously learn Atlassian products and progress in sales processes.
