You will work with international teams to analyze threats, resolve escalations, and educate users on best practices in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

The role requires fluent Portuguese, English communication, and a demonstrated interest in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
• Proven interest or background in cybersecurity or technical support.
• Strong analytical mindset to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English to operate in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding cybersecurity software, protocols, and best practices.
