JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will train branch teams, meet with customers, and collaborate on marketing to promote mortgage products.

You will liaise with bankers to broaden client relationships and grow mortgage originations within footprint territories. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, financial consulting, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/ FNMA/ FHLMC guidelines and local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations and customer experience.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to grow in footprint territories and reports structure.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
