Job summary

Consolidated Supply Co. in Tigard, OR, seeks a Regional Manager to lead our Oregon operations from the corporate headquarters. You will oversee branch personnel and drive sales strategy, budgets, and financial goals.

This role requires ensuring branch effectiveness, developing programs, and supporting business development. Frequent travel across Oregon is expected as you build strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years’ multi-location management in plumbing/water works wholesale distribution.
• Entrepreneurial business management orientation and sales planning.
• Proven effectiveness in managing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership in sales, service and operations.
• Financial management including P&L, revenue growth, loss prevention.
• Experience with customer relationships across multiple locations.
• Track record of coaching high-performance talent.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows software (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel within our branches and implement sales strategy, budget and financial goals.
• Monitor branch effectiveness in the region and develop programs and solutions as needed.
• Participate in business development and maintain customer/vendor/manufacturer relationships.
• Serve as key contact for customer/vendor/manufacturer relationships within the region.
• Frequent travel throughout Oregon is required.
