Carbon Activated Corporation is seeking an Activated Carbon Sales Manager to drive business development and manage key accounts in the USA. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with activated carbon in sales, technical support, or applications.
• Strong understanding of adsorption, filtration, and purification processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed (25–40%).

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through direct customer engagement, account management, and new market development.
• Identify and close opportunities in municipal, industrial, and environmental markets.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, engineers, and end-users.
• Apply knowledge of activated carbon grades, properties, and applications to advise customers.
• Support clients with troubleshooting, product selection, and optimization of treatment systems.
• Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, and R&D teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to management on pricing, logistics, and product development.
• Represent Carbon Activated at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
