Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to support our Portland area customers with expert technical guidance and training. The role partners with Sales, Warranty, and Training Leadership to ensure accurate product knowledge and installation practices.

You will travel to customer sites and events to reinforce quality and adoption. You will work with regional teams to gather field insights, assist with launches, and build strong relationships with service partners, while upholding Pentair

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
Experience managing third-party service providers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales and Warranty teams.
Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer sites and events.
Support product launches with field validation and warranty readiness.
Build relationships with third-party service partners and maintain quality standards.
Act as field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training.
Travel up to 70% depending on region and activity.
