Pentair plc is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Southern California team. You will deliver on-site and virtual technical support, lead product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, and support product launches with field validation and warranty readiness.

Travel up to 50% is expected; strong collaboration with Sales, Warranty, and Training leadership is required. A background in pool equipment or related trades is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, product training, or field service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Travel up to 50% depending on region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales and Warranty teams.
• Lead product training and demos at customer sites and events.
• Support launches with field validation and warranty readiness.
• Manage relationships with third-party service partners.
• Liaise between Sales, Product Management, Support, and Training.
• Gather field insights to improve training and product updates.
