Horizon Farm Credit, ACA in the United States is seeking a Portfolio Support Specialist Manager to lead a team of specialists who support loan transactions from origination through closing and ongoing portfolio servicing.

You will coach staff, drive operational excellence, ensure service standards, collaborate with Ag Relationship Managers and partners, and promote a customer‑centric, data‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
• Eight+ years of sales and/or credit experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit administration and loan servicing practices.
• Thorough knowledge of credit policies, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Portfolio Support Specialists to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee loan transaction and servicing activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures and service standards.
• Monitor team performance, establish expectations, and provide training to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative processes that enhance efficiency and customer value.
• Collaborate with Ag Relationship Managers, Home & Land Lenders, Portfolio Managers, and other business partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
