Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit, ACA seeks a Portfolio Support Specialist Manager to lead a team that supports loan transactions, servicing, and customer relationships across the association. The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and superior service in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with Ag Relationship Managers and peers to guide credit administration, promote CRM best practices, and advance portfolio growth while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
• Eight+ years of sales and/or credit experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit administration and loan servicing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Portfolio Support Specialists to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee loan transaction and servicing activities ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with procedures.
• Monitor performance, establish expectations, and provide training to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative processes to enhance efficiency and customer value.
• Collaborate with Ag Relationship Managers and other partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
